Not Impossible’s 5 simple steps
Fuss-free onboarding in under 10 minutes
Getting started is easy. Our minimalist onboarding process covers everything you need to host both digitally and in-person and enables us to handle all questions from schools, parents and young people, so you are never bothered.
Optional engagement activities
Lunch and learn
Launch your new work experience initiative with a ‘lunch and learn’ where we’ll come to you, bring the process to life and answer questions from potential host employees.
Day in the life video
Attract young people for your organisation with a ‘day in the life’ video designed to showcase your culture - created for you by the Not Impossible team.
Matching your people for maximum impact
Everyone interested in hosting will be onboarded by us with no input needed from your HR team.
They can create their profile in one of three ways:
1 minute: We create a profile based on their role, which they can approve or amend
10 minute: We create a bespoke profile based on a short matching call with the Not Impossible team
20 minute: They complete a psychometric profile which is shared with them as well as the Not Impossible team
The host profiles allows us to match them with young people who have shared passions and personalities, making the placements more effective - and more fun.
Microplacementsorganised by us
All Not Impossible relationships start with a simple 1 hour microplacement - a structured online session led by the young person. There is no prep or logistics for you to worry about.
Once there’s a match, we’ll coordinate a date to ensure it fits the host’s schedule, help the young person prepare so they can make sure the conversation is focused, valuable and low-effort for your team.
Once the microplacement is complete, we share all a thank you message from the young person and their feedback.
There’s no obligation to do more, though many hosts go on to support several young people.
If both sides are keen, Not Impossible will arrange the logistics for in-person half to full day follow up micro shadowing and work experience opportunities. This is a great way for both sides to see whether it’s a good fit for your longer term opportunities or roles.
