We charge an annual fee based on the number of employees you have. For a detailed proposal, get in touch to speak to one of the Not Impossible team.

Onboarding takes less than 10 minutes. After that, we’ll work directly with your employees to coordinate placements, and look after all the logistics ourselves, with no input needed from your HR team.

Young people will structure their microplacement so it covers what matters to them. It could be a simple Q&A style chat, allowing them to speak frankly with a professional about the work they do - possibly for the first time ever. They can also request CV feedback, interview practice or feedback on skills they are struggling with.

Our microplacements are designed to fit around busy work schedules. And because they’re young person-led, once a host has created a profile there’s nothing for them to do except show up.

No. Virtual microplacements are the foundation of the Not Impossible offering. If both the young person and the host are interested in a longer term or in-person placement, that can be arranged - but there’s no expectation or pressure to do so.
