Improve educational and life outcomes for your students.
No cost.

We organise multiple work experience placements for students without connections. They discover where to start their career, learn the best pathways to get there and realise the relevance of their studies.

Why Not Impossible works

Improve
educational outcomes

Our microplacement model helps young people discover what they are aiming for. This increases motivation towards schoolwork as students see its relevance to future life.

Transform
life outcomes

Jobs matter. They form part of our identity and provide a sense of belonging. Work experience reduces the chances of becoming NEET, increases salaries* and opens doors to new worlds.

Exceed
regulatory expectations

KS5 work experience is a statutory requirement, and high-quality, impartial sixth-form careers guidance is an Ofsted key judgement area.
We help with both.
