We support state-educated 16–25-year-olds, prioritising those in receipt of Bursaries, Free School Meals and low opportunity postcodes. We are currently focused on the South West of England.

We ask our schools, universities and youth clubs to select the students that will benefit the most. These are those without family connections to organise work experience.

Every placement starts with a one-hour virtual conversation. If it goes well, many employers offer follow-up placements— up to a day — depending on fit and availability.

Yes. We do not charge schools or students to take part. We are funded by employers looking to build relationships with your students.

You refer students most in need of work experience and handle any parental consent needed for post-16 work experience. We handle matching, prep, and follow-up. You get impact data after each placement.
