Creating your host profile takes as little as 1 minute, a microplacement lasts 1 hour, and filling out a feedback form takes just 20 seconds. That’s literally it - no prep, no ongoing commitment.

Once you’ve created your profile, nothing at all. We’ll help your young person prepare so that they can lead the session - all you have to do is show up and answer their questions.

Absolutely. Most of our young people will never have had an opportunity to speak frankly with a professional about the work they do, or to test their ideas. You know exactly what it takes to get a role like yours and the next steps a young person should take.

As a host, you can do microplacements free without any obligation. If you enjoy it, we’d love you to introduce us to your HR or L&D department so we can talk to them about how our employer partnerships are priced.

No, not at all. Some hosts invite their young person to meet them in person, in which case we organise the logistics for up to 1 day placements, others keep in touch via LinkedIn, but there’s no expectation or pressure to do that.
