The Services

Team Not Impossible Limited ("Not Impossible") helps young people find work experience and arranges one-hour, one-to-one microplacements with employers and up to one day follow-on placements.

Our service is free for young people. It always will be.

Employers pay us to run microplacements and to introduce them to young people who may be a good fit for their roles. You are never charged for any part of it. This is how we fund the service and reach more young people.

Participants Under 18

If you are under 18, you take part through your school, college or other education provider, who has agreed for us to offer microplacements to their students. You will be given an access code to sign up. We work with your education provider to meet their safeguarding requirements.

Sharing Your Information With Employers

To arrange microplacements and introduce you to employers who may have suitable opportunities, we share some of your personal information with those employers, for example your name, the details you give us about yourself, and your feedback after a microplacement. We only share what is needed for the opportunity.

We remove your contact details from any CV before we share it.

If you tell us about access or support needs, we will share these with the host and employer so your placement is safe and suitable, but only what is needed, and only with your explicit consent. We collect information about ethnicity for equality monitoring only, and we never share it with employers.

We handle your information as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us at any time what we have shared, and with whom.

How We Use Your Personal Data (Data Protection)

All personal data Not Impossible uses is collected, processed, and held in accordance with our Privacy Policy, at www.teamnotimpossible.com/data-security.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will email you to let you know, and publish the updated Terms at www.teamnotimpossible.com. Significant changes take effect 30 days after we email you, so you have time to read them. Minor changes (such as fixing a typo or updating a link) may take effect when we publish them.

If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the service before it takes effect. If you carry on using the service afterwards, you will be treated as having accepted the change.

Our Responsibility to You

We take care in how we run microplacements and make introductions, but a microplacement is not a job offer, and we cannot control what an employer does. We are responsible to you for loss we cause by failing to use reasonable care and skill, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Not Impossible, and they replace any previous agreements, terms, representations or claims made between us.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
