Not Impossible Terms and Conditions

The Services

Team Not Impossible Limited (“Not Impossible”) helps Young People discover work experience opportunities and organises microplacements for Young People with employers.

Not Impossible provides its services to the Young People at no cost to the Young People.

Not Impossible is engaged and paid by employers (“Clients”) to fill work experience opportunities and to introduce them to young people who may be suitable recruitment candidates.

By participating in the Not Impossible work experience programs, you ("the Participant") acknowledge and consent that Not Impossible may generate revenue from Clients in relation to the provision of work experience and recruitment services. Your participation signifies your agreement to this aspect of our business model, which supports our ability to offer meaningful work experience opportunities to more young people.

How We Use Your Personal Data (Data Protection)

All personal data that Not Impossible may use will be collected, processed, and held in accordance with the Not Impossible User Friendly Privacy Policy (here).

Modification and Entire Agreement

Not Impossible may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event that it makes any modifications, it shall forthwith publish details of them on Not Impossible website at www.teamnotimpossible.com. It shall also send an email to the Young People detailing the modifications.

If the Young People do not agree to be bound by any modified terms and conditions Not Impossible introduces, the Young People must immediately cease using the Services upon publication of those modified terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall represent the entire agreement between the Young Person and Not Impossible, and it supersedes all previous agreements, terms, conditions, representations or claims which may have been made or agreed upon between them.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising therefrom or associated therewith) shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
